[3.9] Pure Phys Skeletons & Friends Necromancer — Beginner/SSF/Budget Build

Right now on standard.
For see everything use local identity. Sorry i don't have have the 3.9, due to errors yesterday on opening POB, i erased it.
The loss is huge on damage, but still it is the king of atlas.
The only problem i have is: now i have to be careful on farming - the ES is only formal present due to spirit offering nerf.
And i've died a lot, so i've became a kind of a snowflake.

But Sirus is my favourite victim, i like to bully it.

I've followed this build like for like so far in the new Delirium League.

Like people have said it was slow and rough going until you get feeding frenzy/meat shield gems and Carrion Golem, then you breeze the rest of the content to maps.

Now, I'm in maps and i have skellies 5 linked, still waiting to get final Ascendancy.
I seem squishy and have swapped out Spirit Offering for Immortal call.
Also not sure it is a bug but monsters seem to target me more than my minions this league. Perhaps GGG changed the mechanic on this again.

I have brought a Minion damage cluster jewel to put in the tree up near Minion Instability.

So i'll see if that helps in later game, so far though without min/maxing i'm feeling ok with it.

Still a very cheap viable build, which you can only make grow stronger as time goes on.

try getting yourself a jewel with minions have a chance to taunt, might help with that

Here is what I have been doing, which is pretty much a copy from last season. I struggle with delirium, this build has always struggled with breach and monoliths, but I get my rewards up to 5 on open space maps and die rather quickly in tight maps.

I will be looking to rearrange my skill tree in order to get to jewel clusters. I was hoping someone had my suggestions on what to use, but I will continue to level up and see what I get to.

Gear wise I need a ton of upgrades, but I havent had any issues completing up to T7 so far, I will probably max out at T10. Just juicing maps with alchs seems to map sustain pretty easy.

Really, really, really tried to make the Animate Weapon builds work for me. Tried three witch variations and a scion one. Ended up deleting every one of them. Also, I tried a zombie build and a summon raging spirit build too. I deleted them both as well.

About to give up on this league to be honest. Thinking about just waiting until Path of Exile 2 at this point. Might be burnt out. Going to go back to an old Storm Brand build next, but I do love my pets. We'll see. . . .

Hear that VD Spellinger Necro is good could try that. I've been running Vortex and TR/CA Trickster. But been really unimpressed with Delirium and may just go play standard this league. Of course if I get bored enough Doom Eternal, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and the new Animal Crossing are all coming out soon.

This league has by far been the worst for me in the year I've played PoE. Not only did they nerf the minions, they also clearly made everything 3-4 times as tanky, near unkillable. I tried to level with Animate Weapon, but it fell flat after act 7 or so. Switched to this build to get through act 10 and early maps, but I must admit, the punch is not there anymore... and with Spirit Offering dead for good, I'm squishy as a jellyfish. I've now switched to Specters to see if they can provide some high DPS to save me, but so far it's proven to be tedious and a nightmare to make them behave, even with Deathmark Support. Either I wait for GGG to significantly nerf stuff (or make us tankier) or I see myself rolling another character... Jugg perhaps? No idea.
