Yes, I think so.

I actually use Pure Spectre build in deli league and I could carry Simulacrum, so I thought it would be OK for 3.11. But I realised new summoner players need more defensive build and then show DPS build as upgrade path.

The forum guide is very complicated and easy to break! so I need time to change it.

But definitely 3.12 build will balance DPS/def better.

BTW how huge is the "Socketed Gems deal 30% more Elemental Damage"
Cause i didn't search for that, and it bumps the price from like 35-30is ex
to 70+ and i can't afford that, is the switch worth without it?
Should i just craft it? i have no idea where to start with it and how much would it cost :(

Well its as huge as it says:
u will do a flat 30% MORE dps with it (and crafting method for it is different and much more expensive which explains the cost increase). Also i don't think buying the helm without it is worth especially not 35-30ex. I would say thats a big scam.
U can make this budget version of the helm yourself for like 10ex np.

Here's a short guide:

1 - Buy shaper i86 (like 130c)
2 - Awakener orb (4ex) it into shaper/elder
3 - Spam bound fossil for +3 gems and t1/t2 Minion Damage (average 50 bound fossils so like 3ex).
4 - Block all prefs and Harvest craft t1 Hypothermia with augment cold (just bench craft cold res and augment cold - hypo is the only cold suff it hits) - like 30c per try
5 - Harvest craft t1 Spell crit with augment caster (only caster suffix) - like 15c per try.

So crafting cost on average like 10ex.
But i don't think its worth crafting or buying as the dps increase isn't that big over diadem.

Also i would say buying the 30% version is totally worth it. I think u can get like t2/t3 minion dmg for 55ex. Crafting it urself is a little complicated and expensive. Its possible to make it for like 10-15 ex but it can also take like 35-40ex depending on your luck. So u need at least 30ex crafting budget and a lot of patience.

I'll make a guide on how to craft both bone helm and necro aegis shield for both high and low budget versions.
