Is there a reason why we aren't using Herald of Thunder? We have free gem slots in our helm and can just use Ice/Thunder with onslaught?

You can do that but I prefer having more unreserved mana considering Mind over Matter is one of the builds core defenses.

Should I take the enchant crit chance/crit multi for shatter recently or the +1 to power charge.

I can't afford a 6L Eclipse with PCoC yet, so I've just been leveling with Tabula + dual Divinarius (84 atm). The playstyle is actually really, really nice having come from dual-wield BV, but I'm missing out on Power Charges obviously unless I swap the CoH/Warlord's for e.g., Assassin's Mark.

Thoughts on dual wielding with this build and doing just that?

Try this set up on your Tabula: Winter Orb+CWC+Ice Spear+Control Destruction+GMP+Power Charge on Crit. It will help you with Power charge sustain until you could afford a 6-link Eclipse with PCoC.

I'm using exactly setup with Tabula + dual Divinarius, quite satisfied with this build atm, clear speed is just super cool, bosses are a joke except these annoying Syndycate members, get one-shot by them many times.

Tried my own variant of this last week and then I came across this thread and optimized a little bit.

Build is nuts. All content viable, bosses melt, trash is even auto-shattered thanks to Winter Orb basically. My gear isn't perfect at all either. Not even close.

Definitely being helped out by just about the best staff in the league from what I can find. PoB says Shaper dps is 2.5 million. Highly recommend the build, fun, versatile, pretty tanky (haven't died to non-Syndicate in days.)

Terrific idea, hadn't thought of adding it to my Tabula. Thank you.

EDIT: This worked beautifully. I'm going to aim for the PCoC staff, but the dual Divinarius is really nice for that AoE boost. Tempted to pick up the Blast Radius cluster for low mapping, as I did with BV.
