Curious, would you replace Widowmaker with this or use Widowmaker and Ornament together?
From looking at it it's only the hits caused by Ornament that can not be evaded or am i reading the item wrong?

I put it on my list to try today when leveling this build :)

Since people keep asking for an update and if its still viable here is my leveling plan for 3.7 for this build:

It has leveling trees, when to pickup gems, weapons etc. Please note that this is tailored to my version which has some variation in the gems with what i like to play.
But it should be a good sample of how to get this build going.

Cyclone as a channeling has allready one issue: power charge generation. Now it will grant only 1PC per entire channeling duration, which forces the player to use start/stop method while using this skill. No longer "hold button to win".
