I honestly don't know how much damage im doing, but effectively I average at

232698 on tooltip (during combat)
saw it peak at 259320
sitting at 106889 in hide out

(eh wow just noticed it was due to "is the enemy shocked")so if that's the case, you shouldn't spam vortex and rather spam shock? or just shock for bosses

Awesome build, been loving it, first build I've beaten Uber Elder with.

- How much of a damage boost should we expect when switching to dual wield? I'm reluctant to do it, because never missing is amazing. But I'm currently sitting on 12ex, so looking for the next upgrade.

- Is 2x Might of the Meek / Unnatural Instinct worth it? The 16% movement is appealing but I wonder if it's worth re-specing for.

- Is 7.49 APS (according to PoB) too close to the threshold? Or am I good?

Just making sure? the Thing with cospri's + ice nova combo is it not because of this:

You crit on cyclone > Body armor ice nova triggers and frost bolt triggers from cospris.

2nd time you crit > the body armor ice nova can proc on your body armor and frost bolt! so 1 crit = casts ( ice nova can cast 2 times on frostbolt ) Why do we take aoe on this build you ask? So thath those 2 ice novas hit the same target! So if we have 14% cd = 7.5 spells yes! But after the first crit dose that not mean 15 icenovas can get proced with 7.5 ats?

what I'm trying to say is are you not missing 100% of your damage cuz you are missing the frostbolt cast if you dont use cospris! So while you have 300k avg dmg on your solo ice nova! we that use cospri's only need half thats cus we get 2x ice novas?

I came here to ask somthing.. Im dual wielding cospri's.. using cyclone... cyclone hit's 2 times right.. so I only need 3.75 ats.. but is there any downside to have 7.5? cuz I cant get it lowered to 3.75? Won't it just cast every other melee crit? So nothing is lost?

I also want help with calculating my avg ice nova hit into actual dps...? Tryd some ppls explanations but it seems so off..

1st why cospri's + frostbolt is better, or am I wrong in my explanation how it procs 2x times

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade my +ES on hit Watcher's Eye 9which I picked up super cheap) to one which also has the flask charge on crit Precision mod as well. I'm thinking it would be nice for tough boss fights like Uber Elder because it will keep the flask charges up between add stages.

Has anyone played with this mod before? Are the extra charges noticeable? I'm thinking it will get anywhere from 3-6 charges per second which should be enough to boost flask time to almost permanent uptime (e.g. for Diamon which uses 20 charges and lasts 6 seconds).

Just reached level 90 and having fun with this build.

Just one question, at what level do you guys recommend for me to spec into might of the meek + unnatural instinct setup?

From what I understand, I should only respec my points when I'm ready to slot in all 3..

Most fun build I've ever played, great survival and damage,very good clear speed, and makes absolutely all map mods.

I tested with cospri and a foil in offhand, but I noticed that I was casting less frostbolts, so I noticed cospri only casts when she crit with her, if crit with offhand she doesn't cast the spells, so I'm using a shield, which by my tests has been the best option.

Can anyone explain to me why my damage is still so insanely low? [ IversithyCoC on Profile]
Currently Lvl 90 and while I can clearly T14-T15 "decently" I still take roughly ~5 sec on Bosses and/or Rares.
I'm not sure what I'm overlooking.

Edit: Qualitied some of the Gems just yesterday (they were 20/0 before mostly).
While I know that 21/20 is important for any type of spell damage it shouldn't make millions of DPS difference...
Tooltip DPS Icenova is btw. 6,000 in hideout.

I've wondered the same. During the last two patches each Frost Bolt I shot use to always explode into an Ice Nova. Now-a-days it seems to shoot out Frost Bolts everywhere without them exploding making most of the damage come from Frost Bolt's instead of Ice Nova.

I started this league with this character; while it worked out great it still didn't do anywhere near the damage it use to do. I have always thought that it was because of the Frost Bolt explosions being nerfed by adding more cooldown time. I don't know of any databases that have the cooldown time to do any updating the guide(not that it is mine anyway, I meant to improve the build).
