With the watcher's eye -9 to mana cost. does that make incinerate(my 21 gem has incinderate cost 10 now) free to channel? is that why it's so important? i can buy one, i've been using an amulet with the -6 total mana cost of skills. but now i see me running out with spider. i read the info on the post. but i was looking at other watcher's eye. does it need to be -9 or -10 or can it be lower?

I think i've completed the build. i got a -9 watcher's eye and i was testing in town. it doesn't last too long lol i'm at 81/1026 usable mana. but when monsters are around it stays up just fine. really fun build. Time to test it out on Uber elder
