Would it be worth investing into the new Critical Strike Affliction Support gem to scale the poison damage even more?

Ah yeah, I mostly meant if you were to build into it, maybe utilizing Ancient Skull instead of Diadem, but maybe that'd be too different of a build.

I've tried building around Ancient Skull and going crit minions and it isn't worth it. You might be able to get more damage though in some of my tests it was worse or just the same, but you lose so much from not having Devouring Diadem. Also Ancient Skull feels like dogshit to play with because if you Convocation and a minion is in the "Crazy" state that the helm does they won't teleport to you and that feels terrible.

Believe me, I wish it were possible to do crit minions, but sadly I don't think it is.

Would the behead headhunter gem thingy work on the spiders? Just an interesting thought lol.

Should i still be following your old skill tree for leveling, or just go with the lvl 92 version, the newer one ? I wish there were some notes on leveling in the pob itself :) Seems like an interesting build, even tho i don't really like spiders in real life :P

If you're leveling use the leveling tree, nothing changed on the tree in 3.15. All that changed was swapping melee physical for multistrike and punishment for despair.
