I did think it was odd for an Ascendency to grant a level 1 skill as opposed to granting an effect. I had just assumed it was part of why they are adding a second skill bar.

I missed this earlier, but the Raise Zombie and Summon Skeleton gems were revealed 2 days ago. And wow...Unless the base stats were nerfed, both received major buffs. Zombies get +4 additional zombies (may scale with levels for another 1-2), an innate minion life link, innate cooldown recovery speed, and Slam cannot be evaded. Skeletons get +3 additional (again possible scaling with level), innate summon 3 per cast, a dash with Feeding Frenzy, and their base movement speed was increased. Chaber Cairn or Femur’s of the Saints might be very beneficial as a weapon. +2 to socketed minion gems will likely be changed to +2 to all minion gems. This would give the same bonus to body armour and anywhere else.

Curious about gear requirements like the baron in a minion heavy league. Do you think the price will be crazy early on or is it common enough not to be wildly overpriced?
