[3.13] HC/SC/SSF All Content Miner - Any Mine Skill - LL/CI - 12k ES w/ Videos!

Is high-impact mine support better than blastchain? I feel like since the mines disappear when they detonate, there generally won't be too many stacks of the aura on the enemies when they actually get damaged.

Hey, I'm getting the following error on POB when using the BL build.

U using the fork? worst case, backup your builds folder and DL again


Just did a fresh DL same thing, other POBs work though.
How good is mines for delirium? Dmg/defense wise

I would really like to be able run delirium on t16s at some point.

Apparently I skipped that line, meaning the distance between the center of each burst is fixedfor GC. Might be able to hit 3 bursts reliably, maybe 4 with additional AoE.

Now the question is if GC can have a much better scaling than BL. I guess Hatred over Wrath and taste of hate will help on that side but that doesn't seem enough.


it also scales better with better weapons. it depends on how reliably it will hit 4 times.

its better, also allows you to take demo for more damage

Wrath : wrath effect
Blood magic : %damage in LL
Zealotry : 5% crit multi

Prices would be bonkers. But oh well.


It’s not that big unfortunately. 10% to deal 50% more damage is only 5% more damage, slightly better than regular quality, but not crazy.



But doesn't the increased AOE also increase the number of ticks? Therefore, if we have 50% more damange and 50% more ticks, rough math would be 125% more damage for that projectile, or 12.5% more total damage. Probably won't fully reach that due to tick thresholds and RNG and such, but still a decent more multiplier.

The max amount of ticks is capped at 13. Unless Supercharged somehow goes past the hard cap of 13 hits per cast. With aoe nodes and Adjacent Animosity we're already back to 13 hits per ball lightning cast so the increased aoe of Supercharged doesn't do anything in that case, so only 10% for 50% more dmg (=5% more damage) applies

If you would not take any of the aoe nodes or AA and thus assuming 10 hits per ball, then Supercharged would be more useful yes however I don't think there's a scenario where a build relying on Supercharged can ever do more damage than just taking AA+aoe nodes to get back to a constant 13 hits/ball

damage aside. I'm interested in GC because it seems to be more defensive.
knocking back + freeze and more effective chill.

Looking forward to testing out a build that is not already figured out and min/maxed.

Like beer says - not a big deal to switch to another skill if it ends up not working out. win win in my book
