I mained the ice Golem variant in blight. I would say yes. I think having enough for at least the gems. Then saving for the Ammy. In the first week of the league will probably run you 1.5-2ex for the stones depending on the demand. Another 1-2 ex for the ammy.

Don't overpay for an anima stone either. Just buy the 3 of the other gems at the lowest price and vendor to get an anima stone.

This build piqued my interest since the ice golem variant was ridiculously OP at Single target. Will likely give this a try once i have the gems.
