CotB gives you 100% chance to shock against frozen enemies

Only for spells, and kinetic bolt is not a spell.

Have to agree with this, since adding my 4-linked Spellslinger, QOL has gone through the roof. Single target is a bit lack lustre at the moment, but not a show stopper.

For spellslinger you have Arc, Added Lightning, Elemental Dmg and Spellslinger Support?? Then you have Bolt set up as well??

In skill gem setup, spellslinger is not even mentioned for endgame build.

I've been following this build as a temporary one until i can re-spec to full golemancer this league, and i just wanted to say the custom search you set up for the wands is amazing! I don't even want to think about how much time that took to set up haha.

Currently at act 9, almost maps, so far loving this build.

I am using Spellslinger + control destruction + wave of conviction i like it more over arc.

Sooo I got to maps and this build is not holding up :(

Dying constantly and can barely handle bosses and delimium events...

How are people getting this rolling?

What's your gear? Resists capped?

Dude, your wands are close to useless. They add almost 0 flat dmg to kinetic bolt. Lots of % increase, does not do anything if you don't have any flat damage to actually scale.

I'm using GMP for lvling and it's working pretty well

I just want to say thank you for setting up and linking the Items with their weighted values for trading. What a huge convenience. Thank you!

Also for leveling ive been using Spellslinger > Frostbolt > Vortex > Hypothermia with a socketed Frozen Trail.
