Please tell me, if I use a curse on hit with barrage, then curses do not apply. What skill do you need to use to activate a curse on hit?
And how much does increaced cooldown recovery speed affect DPS?

Curse on Hit with barrage works just fine.

You really should use Frenzy + Barrage Support + Curse on Hit + Elemental Weakness

Why?

So you cast more projectiles. More VD's, more corpses, more curses.

Finally hit level 100 with this build in Standard. Fantastic build. Not the tankiest or most DPS, but definitely a good balance for those that play on the "safe" side.

Talking about Spellslinger Cooldown Reduction Thresholds ...

I got the following Cooldown Reduction values:
30% Helm Enchantment
19% Belt
20% Level 21 Gem
x% from Boots, maybe ...

I found a reference on Reddit that lists 69% as a cooldown threshold, the next one would be 90%.

Can anyone confirm this?
And if so, CDR on boots would not have any effect on my dps, correct? That would make the choice for good boots much easier :)
