more questions before i start collecting piece by piece, does the aura effect mod on chest and shiled have to be at least certain value? like at least 20% on chest, 10% on shiled, or 30% combined, etc.?

" It only helps the whole grand picture, no point why you can't start with a t2 if you hit that first and work on a second. The more you get on chest and shield means the less you need on mediums and in tree. |

Shame about watchers eye's not affecting minions...seems silly considering the wording should make it so they do.
Oh well 2.5% regen is really good for our build. |
