The trade bot thing

Holy Necro post. That said, the economy in POE is in a bad place, specifically because of CW's hubris. On the one hand, he wants trading to be a difficult as possible. On the other hand, he wants it to be sacrosanct; an economy the players know is uncompromised.

Well...you can't have it both ways if humans are involved. You can't make something outrageously difficult and assume that humans won't find a way to make it more efficient and easier. CW makes trade difficult, humans make make it easier with trade bots.

Not only that, but people are taking shortcuts constantly with trade overlays specifically because it's a pain to tab out of the game and load the trade site. A lot of times the game crashes as a result.

Make an AH, period. Fix this issue. People whining about how that will cause problems need to understand that those problems already exist. People already corner the market, people already undercut each other, or buy out everything and see it higher. It all exists now. All the AH would do is make it possible to trade in a timely and efficient manner, instead of sending pm after pm only to get no response.
