It's amazing how much people like this build.
I'm new to the game, following the Cold path and enjoying the gameplay... But I'm really struggling with t15 maps and bosses on those maps... Not even tried the big bosses like simulacrum.
Any advice on how to improve my build? with low spending? I have like 2 divs so far

Not gonna lie, only good gears you have is wand and scepter, decent but still can be improved.
Start with unequiping all current gear except weapons.
First rings and belt, get as much mana, resists and int as you can, no chaos res because you should use CI at this point. Spend like 10-15ex per piece here.
Then armor, gloves and boots with high es, mana, resists, optionally int. Spend up to 20-30ex if you find good pieces.
Then boots, movespeed, like 20%+, high es, mana, resists.
Its possible to cap resists just from that, without runes and resists on body armor.
If needed use runes. Then you should have capped ele resists without body armor, which allow to save good amount by getting high es body armor without resists that wont be expensive.
Drop arctic armor and clarity, its not that improtant. It allow to use amulet without spirit. Get amulet with high mana, %es, + levels if can find, crit damage, attributes, any resists if needed.
Then, use any level spirit gems to get CoC/CoF, make it to 3 sockets and vaal to hit 4, later you can still level them with higher level uncut spirit gems.
Same for frost wall.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my newbie setup. I'm already modifying some gear following your recommendation and have seen noticeable improvements.
I was about to switch to a lightning spear, but you saved my day :)

Is this build still viable in 0.2? Can we still one shot pinnacle bosses?
I've seen a few videos of a guy with CoC comets and he was doing very little damage.

You can do max diff bosses, but it might be not that cheap, around 10-15div.
And it wont be so busted like before, when at under 5div budget build could kill max diff bosses before time freeze ends.
If you looking for performance, there's better builds, like Beira's charm Infernalist that self ignite and trigger huge screen wide ignite, might be fun to play. Or one of meta builds, amazon, spears, etc.
If you into offmeta, it's still fine, but not as OP as it was in 0.1.

A few recommendations:
- I'd try swapping your gloves out for Nightscale for the extra crit
- I'd put the extra freeze skill: glaciation - as well as the crit skills: pinpoint & inevitable critical on attack skills that you use the most often. I've been building around triggering my comets with COC+COF as much as possible
- I'd look into crit hit chance on your helmet and jewels, and maybe your amulet depending on what your crit chance is at after you upgrade helmet and jewels.
- Ice Nova + Pinpoint Crit has been surprisingly useful when paired with Frostwall + Glaciation. Almost always procs one of COC or COF.
- Annoint your amulet with distillations for an easy buff
My Build: https://poe2.ninja/profile/character/1f7l2kfkteagh/jlee137-9860/GoodNugs
With my setup, I've been melting through t15, but haven't gotten to pinnacle bosses yet.
A small note on yours.
Since mana is generally the biggest limiting factor for all of us. I would recommend swapping energize for invocated efficiency.
Now, I've mentioned in the past 3% of max mana when you invoke is not very impressive. but, its better then nothing. especially when other sources of mana have been nuked.
But also, 77% increased spell damage for triggered spells is nothing to sneeze at, and also greatly increases damage/mana efficiency. That part is so easy to overlook, yet is huge.
of course, Im not actively playing atm. so, let your own play determine if that is correct for you.
Also consider if Careful assassin is a dps loss for you at this point. whats your crit rate?
critical overload is probably a better choice.
and that one travel point, could be in mana blessing.

on that note. yeah, I stopped to play Last epoch. ha. thats not to say its a Poe-killer or anything. they aren't the same game. LE has even less theorycrafting, less player made builds, etc. its very easy.
now oblivion, and clair. I think I won't touch vrising update for a while. probably back to poe2 before that.

I'm up to level 85 on the HC SSF DotH league and I'm having an excellent time playing a HC viable hybrid of the builds talked about here.
I'm honestly surprised that more people aren't playing Chrono this season, I know we're not screen killers like Spark last season, but it's extremely fun slowly making your way up the waystone tiers whilst collecting what gear you can. It's a shame that the majority of players seem to chase the meta builds and aren't willing to try things like the builds discussed here.

Saw your setup, looks good and having 2 6links at level 85 is some real luck lol.
Very few people find slower progression interesting for some reason, like ruthless in PoE1 doesn't have much players while it slowly growing each league. And it will grow, because with more time spent in poe, anyone become better and better, which speedup progression, to the point that you might drop league before end of week 1.
And that's where people go trying ruthless, that has much slower progression, so you just have goals for much longer time than in non-ruthless, where experienced player get their build to 90-95% of its full potential, and only very small part of playerbase spend days or even weeks getting that remaining 5-10% that have difference in PoB, but barely noticeable in game.
PoE2 is different, its slower at it's base, so now majority prefer faster builds, Later it will change.

Haha yep, I've gone for a lockbox build on the atlas and I got them both from Unique Gamba boxes before hitting level 75. Some real luck on this sorc.

Appreciate the feedback. I've been putting off invocated efficiency because mana is only a slight issue and I do enough damage to clear maps. But your point is noted and will prob spec into this as I move into the pinnacle bosses.
The crit chance/dmg dichotomy is one that I haven't fully immersed myself into yet. I took a look briefly a few days ago and crit chance was hovering around 85-100% for the majority of my skills. I haven't really looked into the diminshing return point of crit chance so that's something I need to look into.
That said, anyone know what a good crit chance # is? Should I be capping that or leave it at a specific value like 90% and invest more into critical dmg? It's also annoying because I can't see how much crit chance I have above 100% because my frost bomb is at 100% but have no idea if it's exactly at 100% or if it's at like 150% and it just shows the 100% cap.

No need to go into Crit Chance much, just regular tree and Crit Chance on Wand is enough, and ofc Omen Scepter that will apply 8-9 stacks of Crit Weakness if you using Forthcoming for reduced duration.
With Maligaro's Virtuosity you can spend more points on Crit Chance, but like not all of them are needed, just taking Critical Exploit with small CC passives, Controlling Magic, Careful Assassin. Optionally one of Crit Chance clusters that require taking small Crit Damage which will be wasted point.

how r u guys dealing with mana issues? I respec my chrono to recoup and it is feeling pretty great almost undying and with mana recoup i can get around mana issues pretty safely, but the cost of mana is way too high in some skills 600 mana and my maximum mana is around 1,1k, idk how to increase it significativly
