POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

So I want to share my way of solving this problem and it works 100%. To do this, you just need to remove POE 2 from your PC. As soon as I did this, all the crashes and freezes stopped and I lost the fear that my equipment would fail, I'm happy.

I already have mine off and the game still crashing.

Same to me, having the setting off and the game crashing.

Same for me, refunded and waiting for a fix. I'm not down for some wacky fix, this shouldn't be something for players to figure out

Is there an option to refund this and all the stash tabs I bought? Don't have high hopes this is a high priority for them to fix -- what's likely is they will blame M$ for this.

Im at same position, would like to ask Refund but im not sure if i'll get refund for the support pack and the points i bought aswell. did someone get all refunded?

oh dang.. that's what i was afraid of. now i feel scammed XD
payed only for the "Early", i do not have access at all since any of the workarounds fix the game in a stable manner for me.
I should totally wait this game to be free instead of buying '-' how dumb i feel.. I've had recommended the game for lots of friends, feel mandatory to do the oposite for now till they have this fixed. And yeah, i shall never support this company again.. This is sad cause i really enjoyed my time playing while it lasted

The lack of support on this issue is just wild. This is not the way to treat paying customers. Sad to see, I had higher hopes for GGG, thought they were turning a corner in terms of player support. Clearly, my feelings were misplaced. Paying customers cannot use their product.....where is the love for the players?

That last part does not hold in UK, EU, and some US states. I am sure it does not hold on UK and EU but I don't know which US states would allow it or not.

Basically as the software provided by GGG is doing something beyond what is expected from software it is not protected.

In addition, a contract is only valid within the confines of contract law and cannot go beyond it in terms of "power". Same reason why you cannot create Slave Contracts or Divorce documents forbidding parties from marriage afterwards. And this portion is definitely overreaching.

Personal License thing is a bit more nuanced, it does not stop EU or UK from enforcing automatic refunds within 14 days, and in case of fault there is no time limit. I do not know about US.

Like I said. Legal Team also botched this release. They should have sold MTX and then gifted the game to those who spent more than a set amount (>30$). By selling the game directly they have become exposed to many things...

I 100% believe that the marketing/business department forced this, because they could sell more packages by creating different tiers and liability wouldn't be a problem because "what is the worst that could happen?".

This all ties to that particular developer group and whoever helped them hide their faults.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.
