High CPU Usage and Low Performance in Path of Exile 2

I see a lot of posts about the use of the cpu but no fix since December I'm starting to despair :'(
Bump, it feels that I fight with my computer, not mobs.

EDIT: Agree, it feels like CPU problem, I always have 100% usage, GPU much lower.

I also confirm that it's only some of the maps, unfortunately Savannah is one of the best maps but it's unplayable :(.

Savannah
Vaal City
Steaming Springs
Sun Temple
Penitentiary
Gothic City
Bluff Tower
Sunken Spire Tower

I confirm this list.

hope this can helm someone

The hard crash code GGG have implemented cannot send messages during hard crash most of the time. Because by the time the crash happens the system has been locked up(frozen). They can see the crash itself but cannot learn anything new from that code, other than the triggers. Triggers, which they should have been able to know if they were actually working on it.

Dear GGG,
Your Customers' PCs are not your landmine mules.

Once again I'm bumping with these questions, in hopes that maybe they will get answered by GGG's official staff:

1) What went wrong?

2) What you are doing to fix it?

3) What possible causes have you eliminated as the source of the problem?

4) What triggers have you discovered that starts the resource hog loop other than "zone change"? (This one is really important because it allows players to create workarounds)

5) What is your estimated time of fix?

6) How did this sort of bug managed to avoid detection in your testing period?

7) What you will be doing to compensate players that have been affected by this issue?

8) Whether refunds would be made available for those that are no longer interested in playing the game?

To other paying customers like me who have spent their money on this faulty product:

As long as GGG is not interested in open communication our only other option is to increase the pressure and warn others by giving a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam in a detailed and informative manner.
POE2 seems to keep resources allocated when closed out as well. Notice how restarting your computer suddenly has all of your juice back? I think some sort of weird alloc/malloc thing is going on.
only fix i have is alt tab when u click portal
BUMP

Guys, if you have any issues regarding performance leave a negative review on steam.

Path of Exile 2 has a problem with CPU usage. This leads to at best lowered performance and at worst hard crashes. This has been going on for almost 50 days now...

Those who are working on this problem (if they exist) and those who are responsible for communication are not the same people.

At this point we need an official communication from GGG to understand what to do next. For example if they were to say "this problem will take us 2 months to fix", I could then simply uninstall the game and comeback 2 months later.

Or if they were to say "We will allow refunds after February 1st" then we would be at ease for at least getting our money back.

Or if they were to say "using X skill seems to trigger the crashes" we can avoid it, one less trigger mean one less crash.

But we get nothing. Not a single information about anything. GGG should understand that this is not a F2P game anymore, they SOLD a product.

I created a thread for this as well:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3707198/page/1#p25898464

But basically we-as paying customers- have the right to know:

1) What went wrong?

2) What you are doing to fix it?

3) What possible causes have you eliminated as the source of the problem?

4) What triggers have you discovered that starts the resource hog loop other than "zone change"? (This one is really important because it allows players to create workarounds)

Putting you account here on probation without even acknowledging the points you raised is the last straw for me. I'm quitting both POE 1 and 2 now, most of my friends already did but I was still hoping for a POE1 new league. Oh well. Thanks for all your efforts sir/ma'am.
Path of Exile 2 has been constantly crashing lately. I've played almost 100 hours with the game, and then all of a sudden after I'm done with Endgame Tier 1+ Maps this has been happening.

I brought my Pc to the nearest technician to get it checked out but everything was in orde. I even bought a new cooling mechanism because the temperature was also spiking whenever I play the game.

I have not played the game for 5 days now due to this issue and have tried trouble shooting the problem based on the youtube hot fixes I've watched. But non seems to be the solution. Need Help.

I have a video of what has been happening and I don't know where to post it.

I've got
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RTX 3060
RAM: 16GB

I thought it was my CPU having a problem until I see this thread. It has been so awful while running maps with these CPU spikes, and it happen even when I'm standing still.

CPU Ryzen 5800x3d
GPU 4070S
