I also dont have info if im affected by the databreach and their notice seems really late isnt the legal requirement 72 hours? I honestly will start taking legal action sooner than later - i think i waited long enough already and the databreach and communication is the cherry on top ... |

" Probably consumer rights groups and Data Protection Supervisory Authority. And in case my legal insurance. But to be honest i would prefer to solve this normally obviously. But after now over 40 days it doesnt seem like anything will happen by just waiting. The last time i had to do this i won but the personal time invested was in no relation to the damages - the lawyer costs which i didnt have to pay also surpassed the ammount it was about... It’s interesting that the post was created a month and a half ago, and GGG assures us that hiring is underway. However, the technical support position is still active right now. Is hiring actually happening? Is anything being done at all to improve the technical support situation?
