Customer Support Update
a simple change of email address sent Dec of 2024 and now we're going into March of 2025, CS kept asking repeating questions about IP Address, when account was created and now stopped replying all together. This service is disgusting.

you thought you were one of the 75 thousand emails that were left right? The stones are just laughing too. They served 470 thousand emails until January 20th and from January 20th and then they can't serve the remaining 75 thousand which is all of us who are waiting like fools for an answer. All this assuming that they actually look at the emails first and there is a queue priority. 1 month later from their apology I'm still waiting for a sign that on the other side there is someone who can help. Of course there isn't and you know why? Because they simply don't care. They care about releasing updates and advertising how the game is running, but when the time comes for problems, no one is there to help you. They just wait for you to forget about your issue and everything is fine for them.
So no support for them when there is no support for us who have been supporting them for so many years. Let's move on. |
