Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same here (09/13).
Have killed with witch two weeks ago - drop. Killed with ranger (2 times) - doesn't drop. The difference is that I skipped this forgemaster (as I was unable to finish him before the magma reaches the far end) then came back after I went to the Apex of Filth - perhaps this is why? |

I have the same problem. I've killed him three times now, re-instanced each time, but the hammer doesn't drop. Please help me quickly.

Seems that hammer doesn't drop for alt characters after the first time you kill Forgemaster because it unlocks reforging which you would already have. Shame that I can't complete the quest because of it though.
