Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Just ran my 2nd character through this and no drop. Reset and ran the zone 3x before looking to see if it was a known bug.

Killed Mektul, the Forgemaster twice, no Hammer of Kamasa either.

Happened on my 2nd char too. Tried resetting instances , reran entire map still the same

Same here, 2nd character killed him several times no hammer drop

I think this is the 4th character I created this league, but 2nd to make it this late in act 3.

This happened as well to me today, 2nd toon didn't get the hammer drop at all.
