Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

This is a horrible progression limited bug

So is anything happening with this? Or we just shit out of luck?

Still same issue as of 9/12/25 21:48 EST. First character had no issue, but second one has no drop. Killed the boss twice.

It happens only on my second character in the league.

Happened on the 2nd char I created for the abyss league, my 3rd and 4th dropped fine.

Killed him like 3-4 times now still no hammer drop and quest is stuck at pick up the hammer of kamasa.

Sorry to say samsies but... samsies.

Friend and I were playing, he got the hammer, I did not. He left for the evening and I reset the instance, played the entire level over again, killed the boss and still the hammer didn't drop.

Update: This was my second character in The Third Edict that had gotten to this quest. For the first character, the hammer dropped, not for the second character to get to this part of the story.

Whelp...

Same here, Hammer of Kamasa didn't drop for my 2nd character.
