GGG put max cap on MOVEMENT SPEED and DPS. This is the only guaranteed solution for OP builds!!

-Another piece that completes Jonathan's vision and still ruins the teamwork experience is the movement speed which should be treated the same. Put a cap to prevent "Flash Runners" from completing maps in under 30 seconds. Force them to follow the group and share experiences, as well as help the entire group complete all the tasks the map provides.

It doesn't need to buff Debuffs coming from ground effects.
It doesn't need to worry if someone left behind.
It doesn't need complex movement gem combinations that would correct the movement balance.
It doesn't need buffing insane Bosses movement speed.

👍 No more lost teaming experience!
👍 No more worries about reaching Flash heroes before entering Boss room or killing/opening anything that drop items.
👍 No more player kickings that lost systematic play.

Hell no!
I understand the movement speed cap, but DPS cap is insanely a bad idea. That would make people quit the game faster than you think. A lot of ppl including me pushing insane gear on character to reach maximum potantial, this is because it's fun. Gives you purpose, if you cap this there won't be any point to currency farm and gear farm.
Isnt there a cap on DOT DPS already ?

Fuck DPS caps, instead make more skills viable.

I have no clue why warrior got nerfed into the ground, the whole heavy stunning and perfect strike combos WERE FUN!!! And next to LA/Rod bows, still was not that impressive.

Result ? LA/rod still wipes all content, while warriors now require 30years to land a hit which hits for zDPS.

Same as Crossbows. Ton of combos to get actually nothing in hits. Bow is a super insane DPS weapon. I'm tired to wait balancing in every new patch. This should end here. Bring balance in DPS or put caps temporarily untill you find a solution.
+1. All class/weapon/skill combination shouldn't exceed a spesific value otherwise there's no meaningful combat. I'm not supporting caps for balancing but if Devs don't know what they are doing then caps is the easiest solution fo OP builds abd work just like defences caps. It's not new feature. Tested from 1990.
