Keep the gameplay slow and meaningful.

Slow/meaningful is fine, but not with POE 1 mods on rares.
I would not fight Starscourge Radahn with Soul Eater/Volatile Plants/Mana Siphoner etc etc.

I would fight Starscourge Radahn but he has a couple new telegraphed mechanics and I have gotten much stronger.

The other thing that really detracts from the "meaningful" is all the garbage dots on the ground. Miyazaki gets ONE poison swamp per game, scale your ground dots accordingly.

Builder spender bad.

The good old class bricking trick. They knew even though they ruined Deadeye that people would still use it, so they had to completely brick the class of course so players are forced to enjoy the delicious authoritarian vision.

You do know that a lot of players played deadeye without rhoa right? You can also get your zoom zoom feeling by logging onto this good game called POE 1. I hear its really good.
will be interesting to see if mobs are slowed as well after slowing/nerfing players into the ground. i know they said they will reduce mob density but they didnt say anything about slowing them down.

they certainly do. especially the abyss mobs. even on LA deadeye with HH those mobs were tough to do. it would be kinda unfair if they were not slowed especially after they gutted deadeye/rhoa
