Here you are saying that we are breaking our own rules by banning people who hack? Thank you for supporting the fact that we despise and remove people who hack and ruin others' gaming experience. What people do and whether they decide to follow our rules is out of our control. Whenever our rules ARE broken however with evidence to support it we take care of it accordingly.

You contradict yourself numerous times in this post. You once again you say that we ban members who hack, which supports the fact that we are a zero tolerance clan towards hacking and cheating. If your friend was not able to provide proof that he was not cheating then his appeal would not go through. You also saying that we dont value our members yet right after you give proof that a member appealed to someone using their phone and got a second chance which definitely shows that we DO care about our members.

The fact that we have zero tolerance to cheating and hacking is made clear in the rules before you apply to our clan. Zero tolerance also means that the person breaking the rules deserves no warning. If a person want to appeal they are welcome to.

Our leadership is great and does an amazing job keeping our clan running. The fact that your computer is a "spy central" must mean that you have a reason for doing so other than being kicked out of our own clan. One thing for sure, we would not be interested in having such a person be a part of us.

Fact is the damage was done by fever members even if they were banned it took many weeks to finally get Crappy Aim and his troll buddy removed after they had admit countless times to ELO Boosting.

The day I was removed from FEVER was because I choose to Argue the person in League OF Legends chat which is not owned by |Fever Clan| at all and Fever has no say our jurisdiction over it. The person in Chat admit to DDOS attacks against Fever Servers.

. Get the fact straight that at the time I was (Not an actual Member anymore) because I was removed simply for getting a tribunal suspension on my account due to TROLLS trolling me in League. The leaders decide to let me stay there as a guest or well ONE LEADER I can't speak for the rest so I stay around with people I met. In fact the day that the DDOS attacks occur I wasn't even on Team Speak at the time of any ban or anything so I couldn't have disrespected officers as claimed on Team Speak or any fever services.

Also the Fever rules clearly say what a person can be banned for and clearly say a lot that a person has to be wearing a tag or representing fever, or in a fever server which clearly I wasn't.

I did the responsible thing when I saw the attacks take place even when it wasn't my responsibility to report any of it or call any of it out I did it because I trusted in my fever leadership to make the correct decision, but instead what occurs is I get a ban for supposedly disrespecting/trolling which is complete bs.

What is disrespectful is all the proof I have shown in my previous snap-shots during my first week as a member being called a retard, being cursed at which I choose to let go at first, then the arguement with an admin on TS when a person goes completely behind my back talking trash about me and someone I met tells me about it and I just went in the room and asked about it why are you talking trash about me? Not something like "Cursing at (X) person.

And then finally a Perm ban ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING, to stop my so called TROLLING behavior or anything just locked out my friends think that I actually did something wrong.

I would love this clan to prove and show right here the Trolling I did when I was a guest in Fever before getting banned. Sure I am now trolling FEVER and exposing the Truth because of what they did, but before that I was 100% Clean, and I have no intention to stop until the truth comes out, I have caught fever in multiple lies saying that players have the chance to appeal any ban with ban contest, but this is a LIE I can't even login to do such.

I would Love to see this Prove it to me Go ahead show everyone how disrespectful or perhaps the day I debate with that troll in a chat room not owned by Fever, and Brought out the fact about Fever and all the things I went through and the pirated files I saw on FEVERS servers struck a nerve although Fever claims the files were legit no keys or anything I can't really prove anything on that, but what I can prove is that Fever has been totally disrespectful to its members, and to its guests, and not only that.

regardless of if the members are a part of fever during 1 month time as a member or something like that maybe less give or take I saw at least two hackers one which admit to Duping items in "Never Winter" a game that just came out of beta, sure you removed them from the clan to maintain you're reputation but the damage was done You're members did it you ruined a game and damaged something that effects thousands of players not just a one time cheat either.

The only hackers I excused or would look at excusing at all is the one who used X-ray mods on Fever servers with Mine Craft because maybe he didn't know the rules logged in with them on, or logged in by accident, Minecraft servers each have their own rules, and some allow Xray textures where you believe it cheating or not.

And the other guy who says his Battle Field account got hacked I think it was Fever banned this member sure maybe he was a liar and a aimbotter, but Fever could have gotten down to the facts if he was in fact a cheater get rid of him, but if a person who has been around for awhile claims their account was hacked and is willing to buy a new account because Punk Buster are always bitches about CD key and GUID bans then give them the chance unless proof shows its them.

My point being I would love to see the proof of how disrespectful I was to Fever, and how much Trolling I did, I never TROLLED fever forums so banning my Forum account was a DICK move and all this drama because whoever has the big EGO to actually think they can get away with anything without consequences like this.

I am very angry, very disappointed that I put my trust into what I believe was a good clan, I joined Fever because of a recruitment post on League forums, I put my faith into my members and leaders to be good people but instead I get all this disrespect you claim I lie then PROVE IT Fever has been nothing but disrespectful to me and others, and they have had many cheaters, some which has taken many days to remove...

OF Course fever is not required to do anything, but then again its you're reputations on the line for what I have been witness of logged, and seen, even the pirated files I talked about on the TS servers make Fever look guilty of piracy although after being asked it could be legit I don't know on that part but my point Fever is a very disrespectful clan, or well some of its members are and they need to be made to REVIEW their Rules again before taking actions against other players.

I was thinking about joining this clan after see the recruitment post, but after reading what I have seen posted here in the long posts I do not think I am. Based on what I see in the pictures Fever is down-right disrespectful to this person who was a member of the clan.

Fever Might have strict rules against cheaters, I really don't care but there are three concerns that Fever Fails to answer which now concern the gaming community given the reputation the clan now has.

From the post itself.

1. If this person was indeed totally disrespectful towards members of the clan I suggest you back it up by posting proof of this person being totally disrespectful right here because you make the claim they disrespected, and trolled Fever members when they were a member/guest of the clan but can't prove any of it.

2. Why were there THREE hackers/Trolls In Fever in the same exact month only three that I am aware of from reading all of the posts by this person. But the real question that should be asked is why it took at least a week before Crappy Aim, and his ELO Boosting buddy were finally removed for cheating/Trolling in League OF legends.

3. Finally You claim that the OP of the other posts was disrespectful, but based on the SnapShots, I see a person totally admitting to DDOS attacks, and a person who did the right thing maybe there was some sort of arguement in the chat, however |Fever| Does not own this chat-room in League, the person clearly was not wearing a gamer tag as stated by Fever rules to be bound by them, they were also not a member of Fever, and most importantly I see nothing really disrespecting at all.

So perhaps you should save the reputations of you're clan rather than spam recruitment posts here asking people to join a clan which has done a lot of damage in the gaming community, personally I would say "You are not welcome here" but its not my decision because I don't own Path of exile, unless of course this person who made the post is a total liar but I seriously doubt it.

Perhaps if Fever as a clan were more respectful to kindly tell their members they don't fit in in the community and ask them to politely leave things would have worked out a lot more respectful, but clearly it doesn't look like this was the case to me it looks like FEVER totally disrespected this person, not saying they do it to everyone.

This thread is not meant to prove or disprove anything. It is not my intention and I am by no means obligated to prove anything to the troll here, especially because the troll has clearly stated his intentions (it would be a waste of everyone's time to try and change his opinion). The ex-member broke the rules, and is therefore upset. If we were as bad a clan as he states, why would he be so upset about losing his right to be a part of it? Perhaps because he sees what he lost and can't get over it.

I am sad to hear that you will base your opinion of us by taking a word of a troll instead of making an opinion based on your own experiences. I do hope however that you enjoy your PoE experience whether it be with us or with someone else :).

Just enjoy the game for what it is. This is a good clan for how it offers its services, and can work with you as well. Great people to play with. It takes a lot of people to build up something ,but only just one person to turn it bad even if its lies.

I've been in Fever for a little over 2 and a half years and been an officer for about 2 years. I can assure everyone that we're fair in how we deal with members that have been toxic to our community. It seems pretty apparent to me that this epicleech guy is just another throwaway account anyway. I wasn't directly involved in the investigation into the Neverwinter hackers and LoL cheaters, but they did eventually get banned which is what's important. As for the poster that is trying to "warn" people about Fever, we don't tolerate trolls, griefers, etc so it was only a matter of time before you were removed from Fever. The member you mention that was removed due to hacking in BF3 was banned fairly. You didn't see all the evidence and could only speculate, but there was more than enough evidence to remove that member on the grounds of cheating in game.

If this community wasn't a pleasant place to be a part of, then I would not have stayed in it for so long. Oh and to whoever this kittykat person is, your efforts are in vain. I had absolutely no idea who you were until I saw this thread so you're obviously not impacting anything. A for effort, though.
