As for the proof of katarina being disrespectful to leadership, I don't have actual conversation snapshots of that occurring, but that fact that katarina came on the forums and admitting that they actually did disrespect people is a confession so no proof is even needed at that point. I talked to a leader that was involved about this whole situation yesterday after my investigation and he confirmed my suspicions of what went down. Katarina may be your friend and I can appreciate trying to defend this gamer because we all want to defend our friends, but you must also realize that sometimes people act differently around other people. I have friends that do this too and I'm well aware of it. The ban was only because katarina trolled Fever members while katarina was a guest. That's just one of our rules. If a guest trolls members, then the guest gets banned. It is unfortunate that the members were later found to be guilty of attacking our servers and ended up being banned in the end. This doesn't excuse immature behavior though. Katarina should have just avoided the whole situation entirely and that's where katarina went wrong. I hope that you can try and see this from our perspective. We're not finding people we don't like and making it our mission to ruin their gaming experience, we're just trying to safeguard the community from bad behavior and when we see something that can develop into a toxic situation we stop it right then and there. I'm sure that katarina will or already has found a community that they can fit in with comfortably and it's possible that Fever just wasn't the right fit, but at some point a person just needs to move on instead of living in the past.

P.S. I just re-read the end of your post. I'm a general in Fever, so I do have access to the information which is why I was able to find more and why I was able to be more firm with what I believe to be the correct course of action. If I had found this to be completely unfair, then I would have brought it up with the leaders and had it cleared up.

First, Thanks for taking the time to look into this it is respectful of you and I didn't come here to add to the fight, or insult any of Fevers members.

I am honestly not sure what you are looking at on the forums, however when Katarina was IP Banned from TeamSpeak & the Website she was never given a chance to post an appeal on the forum because it said this message.

It said she was banned from the site when she tried to access the site she was unable to even login to Fever forums for over a month because her IP was blacklisted Via the Server. She can now visit the site maybe because her IP has changed and she can likely login to you're TeamSpeak but she is respecting the ban put in place by Fever Administration by not returning to you're forum or TS3.

I don't want to disrespect the two people who have posted here because honestly you both have been respectful to be honest I am upset at Fever in general because of accusing Kat of being disrespectful. What I am saying is if Katarina could not login to Fever forums how did they themselves go off on Leadership, they had no chance to appeal anything or say anything, it was a <Dicatorship> so to speak of You are done <Fever Opens the Door> <and throws her out as a guest> that is totally what she feels like okay? I am aware of only one incident she ever had with Fever when her actual membership was removed, but she never trolled anyone on the Fever forum she respected the decision, she never was able to post any ban appeal.

Yes exactly the problem, you see Fever treated Katarina with Disrespect, they allowed her to stay as a guest playing among some of her friends, and then they rudely banned her over an incident that occur in <League OF Legends> Chat, which is not owned or operated by <Fever> at all. There were two Trolls in this chat who admit to <Attacking> Fever servers with <DDOS> attacks katarina got upset, and some officers got in the debate and made the fight bigger than what it should have been this is why she got banned the next day. Sure Katarina could have stayed out of it, they could have not got upset because the guy was <Cheating/Hacking> League, and also attacking Fever servers based on his claims they were trolling Katarina was not. <Now what would you prefer if someone told you right now they were hacking you're server would you rather have a loyal friend tell you about it or say Its okay mr.troll you can go ahead and do it I don't care.> Katarina isn't the type of person who stands back and watches their friends get attacked by others, before you all treated her with the up-most disrespect she treated Fever as a friend. <here I will show you what happened that day in League chat.

Now perhaps this guy was not behind the attack but he sure as hell admit too it, and he admit to cheating in League, if I were the leader of this clan I would be giving Kat a cookie.

Once again, How can Katarina come to the forums, and make a confession if they were <Banned> the same day from accessing the forums in the first place and from <TeamSpeak> They couldn't make any confession, and as shown in the above snap-shot she was banned. You say no proof is needed this is where I disagree you see you don't want me to blame Fever for their members who Hacked in an online game because it was only one member and the clan banned him, same thing with my friend I don't want my friend accused of Trolling Fever unless you actually have something to back it up. You all accuse her of Trolling Fever, and that is why you banned her, but I know for a fact she Never Trolled Fever members on their forums because I know she was banned.

I looked at the screenshots. I see crappyaim admitting to ELO boosting. He was banned so I'm not sure why that was brought up. Who else were you accusing in those chat logs?

As for the piracy thing on the TS. That was taken care of as soon as it brought to our attention.

Blob may have been trolling, but it was found that he was crappyaim's brother and was involved so he was banned as well.


All of the Fever members that you guys are using to show that we have disrespectful members have been banned from our community so obviously we didn't want them representing us and it seems like we have common ground in how we feel about those members so I'm not sure why they keep getting brought up like they're still members of Fever that are trolling people.

Alcohol is not an excuse. She apologized respetfully which I'll commend her for, but that act still occurred and the behavior she's apologizing for is what won't be tolerated. I would like to repeat again that no one is accusing her of attacking our servers since a lot of you seem to be under that impression.
