Vocal anti-sexism in practice always finds itself in a state of perpetual self-contradiction where instead of evaluating certain imagery as "I see (beautiful/seductive/etc.) depictions of people", it replaces it with "I see a member of certain sex portrayed as I don't want it to be", thereby 1) discriminating between them and 2) imposing arbitrary restrictions as to what can be applicable to one sex and not the other. Which is further illustrated by the fact that various anti-sexists can't really agree upon what is and isn't sexist (but tend to err on the side of the former), and have problems with different things. Let's not even start on the fact that for the more disturbed individuals in the field the states of being in a sexual relationship and the otherwise don't overlap whatsoever, making any perceived attempts of an opposite sex to advance from one state of social bonding to another retroactively characterized as seduction or harassment purely depending on the end result. Don't like the guy? That means he's harassing you and should be ashamed. Like the guy? Oh, he's just making that important step. He's not making it? Well he's a pussy then. Double standard galore. If you don't see how this makes the allegedly as-free-as-ever and highly emancipated modern society so awful to live in that members of both sexes frequently resort to using alcohol as a social lubricant only to make this gruesome advance more tolerable, you're being a part of the problem.

It's only because of this ongoing internal contradiction that the problem with apparent sexism isn't solved and can't be solved even theoretically, as that would at least at some point require the most active advocates to drop their pretenses without having them fulfilled. Which, let's be honest here, requires a hell of a lot of a worldview shift to agree upon.

To OP's question, not only have I played lots of games where males are portayed seductively, I've also greatly enjoyed three different Cho Aniki titles, and I think there's not nearly enough games like that on the market. But since that would just serve as an excuse to continue having sexualized female imagery in games—equality in action—it wouldn't make you happier at all, would it. Because it's not equality you're looking for, but desexualization. As said multiple times, if you have problems with very mild, very tastefully done hint of sexuality in a game that is chockful of violence and implied ego conflicts, it hints at a notable insecurity and you should for your own good consult a therapist.

I think the answer we have today is for GGG to redesign the interface.
