This isn't a very efficient tree, you are better of following some of the other posted trees.

Hi guys, some things about this build in 1.3

So we got nerf crits and gem crit multi and lost a lot of DPS, so we need to restore.

Explanation:

Take 3x10% spell dmg instead of 3x3% cast speed (a little more dps).

It's necessary to get 6linked Pledge of hands (high price, yes, i know).

Use:

Pledge of hands: Arc + lightning pen + faster casting + life leech + increased crit damage + power charge on crit

Other stuff:

Voidbringer, kaom's roots, lightning coil.

Lightning Coil: 4linked - arc + curse on hit + warlord's mark + faster casting and other two sockets: enduring cry and immortal call

Helm: clarity + purity of lightning + herald of thunder + reduced mana

Voidbringer: arctic armor + reduced duration + lightning warp + empower (if you have enough mana regen for greedy arctic armor)

Yes, remove assasin's mark (compensate PCoC) and save 4 skill points (no need add +1 curse). Why still have have warlord's mark? Because life leech and especially mana leech.

Lost some mana regen rate, lost buffs on aura and arctic armor, but less arctic armor mana degen.

Reduced defense compensate high DPS, property cannot be stunned (Kaom's Roots) and lightning warp.

Contrary: low amount of health points, unfortunately.

NOTE: There can be problems with dexterity, mana regen and resistances - need very good rings, amulet and helm.

Imho, this is the only way to maintain a more or less high damage per second without creating a new build.

He no longer supports this build, unfortunately.

But after hours of thinking, the study of other arc builds for 1.3 patch=) I finally optimize this build =). DPS restored and increased, adding extra resistance and get more hp! Enjoy.

NOTE: Don't remove Inner Force and does not reduce too much mana regeneration - I tried to do so - and this has led to too much defense reduce.

Okay, time to be honest: Your tree sucks. Too low health point (only 3k with Atziri's Splendour, Voidbringer, The Vertex, Doryani belt). Dps is a bit sas, only 10k with 5 link, 5 charge and no Q gem. I guess it will stop at 12-13k dps after I got 20Q all my gems.

Auras: Discipline, Haste, Purity of Light

Time played: Over 15 hours

Death: 1 due to desync.

Overall: Decent clear speed, a little bit squishy *Giant skeletons hit so hard forgot to pop my granite*

Yes, i know=). I rebuild it, check other post. Now i have 21500 DPS (Windscream variant, 83 lvl) with herald of thunder. 23400 DPS with my new cool amulet with +16% Spell dmg and +29 crit multi. 5L Pledge. Arc + FC + Light pen + crit multi + life leech - all 20\20 gems (except life leech)

Note: original build before 1.3 also demands 20\20 gems for 19-23k DPS and at least one ring\amulet with spell dmg\crit chance\crit multi\cast speed

Note 2: from your point of view, still need more HP. Impossible to get them without good hp gears and\or a higher level. This is not a patch 1.2. I believe that the Kaom's roots and 93-95 levels get about 3000 or more. For fight with Atziri about 3000 enough, is not it?

Thanks for that tree. Now i have +1k dps, more mana reg and same HP and i even forgot to pick up top lightning dmg node. xD (i`ll do it in the next 5 levels)
I slightly remade tree for double cursing(but -crit multi), also respecced Vaal pact for now, 130 hp reg looks ok+leech. 5L CoD and 5L pledge.

It weird that I found myself wearing Kaom's roots and get this tree (and a little bit of change to suit my style) more efficiency. Currently doing good at lvl 88, 20k dps with 5 charges, 16k without charges, 3k5 hp.

Still not enough hp to sustain hard physical hit though, guess I will find anotherway. WITHOUT Cloak of Defiance of course, I don't want it.
