you do realize that getting a higher resolution monitor basically allows further zoom because the game just fills the rest of the screen with more of the area around your char.
so theres no reason why we shouldnt be able to zoom out further. we shouldnt have to shell out more money on hardware to zoom out further(in my case i would need a 4k display and the only decent ones for pc gaming are in the thousands of doallars).

Frankly I'm roughly 100 times more annoyed with GGG for fucking around watching my local processes and menory trying to stop it than I am with the people running map hacks, drop notifications, DPS meters, effects modifiers, loot filters, and a bunch of other shit that should have been in the game by release anyway.
They force so much shit design into this game because of 'the economy' and 'the community', both of which are useless toxic shit I'd utterly avoid completely if possible.

You would think people would have come to terms with this sort of thing by now.

I'm legitimate. A tell curious, why should I care what GGG 'intended'? In a hypothetical world where there's an offline single player version, why should I care if ggg though the field of view should be to tiny if I want it larger, or that exalted orbs should be rare if I want them to drop like chaos, or unique labels to be orange if I want them purple?

I am drastically more concerned about GGG invading my privacy than I am about hackers in a video game.
Yes hackers suck. But at the end of the day it is a videogame and has no impact on our actual lives.
A private company stealing private information off of my computer for their personal use? That is a much more serious form of hacking IMO.

no one NEEDS more than one monitor for gaming but its a huge quality of life improvement. being able to run a game with a browser window open is amazing and hugely useful. its so nice to not have to alt tab and not be able to see your game and see if your going to die. i personally have 3 monitors(only 3 because i need them to manage all the windows i have open for working from home)

Well, you can do all that in D2, that is offline and not in a hypothetical way. POE is and will be online however and there are things players shouldnt mess with and instead focus on how to get better with what the devs give them.
