Bandits and Griefing on Hardcore
Reading these kind of threads make my faith in mankind disappear............ooooh, wait the faith in mankind was already gone..........it just confirms it.

I added a thread in the suggestions forum here about this.
While i agree that this functionality needs to remain, i'd like to see this being more faire to the players being intentionally griefed. |

As for me OP you have my understanding they only did it to fell good in a game because real life is so bad for them and they need a way to vent that frustration, give a looong sigh and try again maybe next time play with some friends you will make some they wont not with that behavior :) Chin up matey. They could just make it that either:
a)partywide decision Simple the whole thing is voted by the party as a whole or the party leader b)no consequence HC characters get resurrected after it is done c)seperate instances Party can choose to split up ___________________________________________________________________________________ d)starting positions The two now opposing groups are seperated to prevent someone from just being chain stunned right after the decision has been reached e)delay Simple, the PVP is turned on after a 10-20 second delay allowing the two groups to take up proper positions f) anonymous votes with a set voting duration Only broadcasting votes when the whole thing starts prevents griefers from deliberately siding against you while also adding suspense. a)b)c) eliminate griefing d)e)f) keep the consequence but also prevent griefing on unexpecting party members by party members with only griefing in mind (I havn't actually gotten this far ingame and hardly ever group so not sure of details) Последняя редакция: SgtScrub#2057. this is some D2 nostalgia, you could pk people as well you know, instantly drop to where they are and try kill 'em.
this is the one place you have to ask yourself, "do i trust these people?". Just like D2, play a passworded game with ppl you know or here, just do it solo. I play games... shocked, i know.

" " as far as I can tell the main problem is party members getting hit suddenly by others who are deliberately griefing by waiting for others to make a decision before making theirs. If they havn't actually read the info text. and c) hardly works at the moment because you're not getting a prompt before it starts saying: "Your party has reached an impass" etc so you can easily get chainstunned the second it starts, at least according to the OP.
