Well the obvious abuse would be flask swapping. Because you don't need charges to make the item good you can keep XX amount of flask around to swap out for different situations.
Or you can swap out boots to be able to use the flask. Interesting idea, probably the best I've seen in a long time, not sure how to balance it. https://youtu.be/T9kygXtkh10?t=285

I was getting concerned with it until I read that you wouldn't be able to use the flasks, then I felt it was more in line with how the uniques should be. It's an interesting concept, but I feel not being able to use your health potions at all is so disadvantageous that it wouldn't be very popular beyond its initial release. I think it would be a pain to balance though, as some values would have to be adjusted, but I might be over thinking.

" No he could have edited his original one. But NBD. The hybrids will add a lot with the life\mana nodes on the tree, its a good compromise for builds that need both, but will be lacking the slots. Plenty of ways to get movement speed past 100, this wouldnt be broken you are giving up all your flask slots and boots to go fast. Overall I dont think the balance issue is with the rolls on it provides but rather gear swapping and other cheaky things. Also OP, if you want, I made this for you (to edit your main post if you want)

" No problem, sometimes its more appealing to have it in the format of the item, rather then just a bunch of text. I randomly picked a base for you (armor\es) of course that part probably doesn't matter as much as stats it provides. Glad you like the flavor text, I didn't think too hard on it so I won't be upset when (if) someone comes up with a better one.

" You do understand what "permanently" means, right? But well let's keep the quicksilver flasks than. They aren't the main problem with the bonuses. " Most stuff giving you multiple less or more of something stuck additivly. Flameblast for instance, it gives you 110% more damage for every stack, but multiple stack get added so it wasn't really clear that you meant them to apply each individually. But again that's a minor problem and not that overpowered. But getting 5000 base armour or 5000 base evasion is. They completly count as base so all bonuses from passives, some global bonuses from uniques or the ring affixes (which are global too) would apply to that to. Evasion as a attribute even gets you more. So it would be easy to stack 15.000 or 20.000 of it. That's why I said to make the effects unstackable or alternativly reduce there effectiveness when stacked. The weakness of hybrid flasks came from the point that life flask gets extra life regen and mana flasks gets extra mana regen. So hybrid should get something in between, 0,5% life regen and 15% mana regen maybe. But this: " Let's 5 granite flask look well balanced. 25% of damage taken from mana before life? Seriously? Can I combine that with Cloak of Defiance? The legacy version of course. Sorry but that's way too much. So overall I would say: life flasks are okay, mana flasks are okay, hybrid flasks when a small extra is added as with the life and mana flasks BUT NOT the 5% of damage from mana otherwise they seem to weak for me, the elemental flasks are all okay, the amethyst flask since you changed it from 35% to 25% (didn't wanted to mention that earlier) are okay, 10% reduced damage over time taken for each amethyst flask equipped should be changed to 10% reduced damage over time taken from chaos damage for each amethyst flask equipped. Burn is damage over time too and there are ruby flasks for, granite and jade flask are way to strong when stackable. Possible modifier could be: granite and jade mods are limited to one each. Oh by the way you missed diamond flask, maybe 25% increased crit chance or 15% crit multiplier? About gear swapping (just an idea, the first one that came to my mind): when equipping flasks lose all their charges flasks cannot gain charges |
