cast on crit - i think that this is important for many of us
" The whole reason people are playing CoC discharge like crazy these days is because it clears better than mirrored reavers, and its survivability is just as good for much less. There are many L95+ CoC dischargers in the talisman SC ladder. The reason is people (Mathil & everyone who follows him) finally realized that hybrid/CI is the way to go instead of trying to survive with 4k life. Video demonstration from 2.0 before CoC discharge was buffed with blade vortex. In general your posts are incredibly uninformed. You should do some research before posting next time.

It annoys me that people say that BV made coc discharge viable... no it wasn't BV... it was changing to hybrid/ci. I hit 100 and was doing all the hardest content available with hybrid CoC discharge in 2.0 warbands. " Of course, the way to go is to penalize spells in some way, very few CoC builds do good damage with attacks too. It might be done this way if the engine allows. Also, if they do the damage penalty they could also revert proc chance to 100% to help slow, quirky CoC builds, cooldown is the main limiting factor for fast ones anyway. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" Less damage penalties for the CoC gem don't make sense because the spells they used don't have fixed damage scaling mechanics. I would just remove CoC and start releasing some cool spells instead. OTOH if it's only CoC discharge that GGG think is problematic they should change volls protector to have 10-20% chance to grant a charge on crit or simply change it to PCoC. If we kill 1000 CoC dischargers and kill 5 innocent self cast dischargers in the process, it's worth it IMO. All my builds /view-thread/1430399

" Less damage to triggered spells won't work only if the spell isn't dealing any damage, it's a good way to balance it. And don't touch my Voll's protector, now that frenzy changes screwed up Blood dance that's my favorite unique design. So bad, and yet so good. Besides, a properly done cooldown on discharge would kill CoC disharge with zero casualties to selfcast discharge and those amusing CoC Cold Snap builds, that would be much easier. Discharge is clearly not the only way to abuse CoC.

"That actually seemed to be clearing a lot slower as what selfcast bladefall can do. |

i think easiest way to adjust this is actually remove daggers from Vagan aka make CoC even more expensive (force people to sacrifice stats for accuracy), STD mirrored gear?? who cares?
And/or: ST+CoC= you can only proc projectile spells Cyclone+Coc=you can only proc area spells d:-D* Последняя редакция: PyleWarlord#7248. Время: 28 февр. 2016 г., 06:31:59

I google Flubby reaver and instead got a 200 exalt build lol.
I just have never seen a build that enjoys both COC s offense and defense with the same price. Stop exaggerating dude. |
