it's not that expensive on a 5L with no sky_broken_forth

and ya, ppl do that, and no CoC, with totally insane build.

shater EK is alot less expensive, the 6L coil is the expensive part, DPS is 150K wtith chain tooltip.

i'm not exaggerating.

anyways.... CoC will not be changed in this league, so i'm going to try it for the first (and probobly last) time.

Just make it 100% chance to cast on critical strike, but only once per strike. So hitting lots of different enemies doesn't give you multiple cast chances.

thats not really abusing anything its just a regular build doing regular things. Hes lvl91 in a Dry Pen with 4,200 life. My arc witch could have cleared the map faster, with 5,200 life + 4,200 enery shield. So could my ci Reave (10,500es) my life reave/frost blades (5,500 life) or my crit bow build (5,200 life) or just about any non cyclone build I play basically. He clears maps faster and safer than cyclone, sure, but that applies to every single skill in the game that people widely use.


I keep asking for videos for a while now and no one has shown me a coc build thats in any way overpowered other than a cyclone discharger. It simply comes down to discharge, coc itself is no problem outside of that. Shatter chuck was mental, yes, and then it lost 80% of its damage to the shotgun nerf and then shavs builds in general lost half their auras and now crit multi is getting rekt and yes, crit multi was massive for that builds spell damage, it got nerfed probably harder than I think any other big spec that could still function after they were finished with it.

That actually seemed to be clearing a lot slower as what selfcast bladefall can do.



the dude in the vid obviously isnt going absolutely ham for speed but essentially yeah, its just doing what everyone with a good build can do at lvl91, give or take a little. The fact that hes somehow ended up with about 1,000 less life than a lot of other people would consider minimum at that stage suggests the build isnt really overpowered at all. I would want the build to still do that much damage and have 1,500 more life before Id even run it, and yes coc can do that, its fairly balanced everywhere Im seeing it outside of discharge being involved. You can make a build that has roughly the same defenses as a caster or bow build and clear content in roughly the same manner.

Im not even calling for coc discharge to be nerfed, I dont play it, honestly I dont really care what they do with it. From what has come into my sphere of awareness Bladefall and Poison need looked at, theres real question marks with those two. My view on discharge coc is the day a lot of people playing it start saying hey man can we nerf this skill, its getting boring that this is always better than everything else, then nerf the skill. Until then it really doesnt matter.
