Good, the game needs more incentive to hold onto garbage.

" I keep remembering talisman and how pumped everyone was to find talismans that could be better than legacy amulets. Then people actually treid farming talismans and it was a waste of time with very few people actually getting something amazing. I feel like every patch GGG puts a golden carrot on a stick and tries to get us to play another league for 500+ hours instead of tackling bigger issues like the outdated mapping system they have now. We already have Fated Uniques, Consuming Dark and Voltaxic.. They're "fated" to be nerfed and become Legacy, and they will be stronger version than those available in 3 months. :^)

The three they leaked are not good enough to be legacy. If they retain any value it will be because of supply-and-demand economics, not their objective power level.
