Is pathfinder op? Is BV op? Is instant leech op? If you play as pathfnder/BV/instant leech character then No. If you play different build then yes. I don't have to give an opinion because you're the minorty unless you get a mysterious large amount of complaints about VP it's not going to be touched. Tell if it was ''OP'' why wouldn't we see more of it hm? There's several threads about BV or past skills CoC incinerate etc yet nothing about VP. In short there not going to fuck with it because in most cases the majority think it's fine if there's no complaints except for one or two maybe compared to incinerate etc whatever the case is. There's instant leech from legacy vinktar, bloodseeker, and acuity (and you can do silly things like stack 100% life leech from berserker with acuity or bloodseeker). There's LGOH stacking with many triggers. And, even more powerful but not meta yet, is the extreme health you can gain from zerphi's last breath builds (no leech required).
