Thanks @Tjucken for tip,this is what i need!With Bone offering,Rumi flask,Glancing Blow,Mistress of Sacrifice chance to block attack and spell is max all the time,but damage is still very good!I dont use AG at all!

The primal blisterlord would probably make a great lightning melee spectre if you want to take them alongside lightning skellies and perhaps use the new doryani chest.

PoE 3.11 - Harvest League - Kay's Spectre Summoner: Pure Spectres - Cluster Jewels Update

I cover 4 main things in the video:

• Compare Crit versus Overshock clusters
• Go over the Passive Trees for single and double cluster sets
• Demonstrate with boss kills
• Explain how to craft your own jewels

For 3.11, I recommend overshock jewels because it's much cheaper than crit jewels. Also crit build needs power charges, so you will need necro aegis & +2/+2 shield. That will make you very squishy.
