Okay I got a good enough bow to start switching process now.



Hitting Chain +1 with Socketed Gem +1 & 20% more Socketed Attack seems almost impossible :P
Method would be Gem +1/20% more Attack & Chain +1 -> repeat Craicic Chimeral+Regal if anyone is interested.

6L for the bow would be Raise Spectre-Minion Damage-Vicious Projectiles-Deathmark-GMP-Pierce or Chain(GMP->Hypothermia for ST).
Since I won't be using Empower, multi-craft would be minion damage and minion attack speed instead of +2 Support Gems.
To my knowledge, Empower is less damage(~35% more damage) but more life compared to other dps gems, so other dps gems will be better with 405% life of RS.

With additional 3 sockets(Maloney's Mechanism quiver), I'm considering Awakened Curse on Hit with Proj.Weakness and Frostbite linked to Storm Brand for better ST.

I need A LOT of currency for Awakened Chain, Awakened Curse on Hit, +1 Spectre 6L Body, 6L Bow, etc though. Time to grind :)

You should get one more Spectre on raising its level to 31.

Hmm I think it doesn't?
Wiki and poedb both say it gives 3 spectres at gem level 25~40, and there's also a reddit post about it.

It sure will be the best dps gem if it gives 4th spectre though.

just give a try to the Rsentry on sirus A8 with a modified starter build, barnite preacher are better than Sd on boss kill, but Rsentry touch the sky.

i use vicious Proj + elem focus + elem dmg attacks skill + minion dmg + Death Mk for boss kill, and lmp+ piecre for map .

Rsentry try it it's keep it, really good specters !!

1) What are your thoughts on using a Glorious vanity for the 50% of ele dmg taken as chaos and then capping your (85%) chaos res?

I loaded my summoner with it previously and now I have 76/77/76/86 res. Finding it quite tough to give up on that :D

(I've pathed to Soul of Steel for the +1% max ele res, and my glorious vanity gives me +1% max cold and +1% max chaos res. I also have one more +1% chaos but that needs 3 points to get. May consider after a few levels).

I'm using a Taste of Hate to get 20% of Phys dmg taken as cold. I had another mod on my helm, but I swapped the helm out for speaker's wreath. Trying to corrupt a Victario's charity for another phys taken as implicit.

PS: Still transitioning to the build with EVF or maybe RS later. I have to find a new place for my Glorious Vanity though, so I can get Death Attunement.



2) Also, why does melee phys dmg work with EVF. Aren't we trying to scale the Ele Hit dmg?

Doesn't mention anything about phys conversion to that element, or unless I'm missing something.

Sorry if this has already been answered, I’m about to switch from the base build to the spider build, but how are you supposed to get three green sockets on the helm (speakers wreath) since it is str/int base? I’ve used tons of chromatic orbs and I don’t have anything higher than ‘at least two green sockets’ on my crafting bench.
