Until you have 2 4-links, Stormblast is your single target and you use a combination of OoS / Cold Snap / SF for clear. Which skill will works best is mostly dependant on your wands. With dual "+ damage to spells" wands, OoS will clear well. With generic spell damage, Creeping Frost will begin to clear better. As you get up to Breath of Rime around level 24, the DoT skills will get better and better. Additionally, I updated the leveling guide to reflect that if you want to use Orb of Storms for a while, you can also pick up Herald of Thunder for a huge damage boost. The front page has been updated. The summary of changes has been fit into a spoiler tag for a cleaner look, and I've gone through every Vortex gem and added another section on Alternate Quality Gems. " NOTE: Neversink recently tweeted that he expects to do a large overhaul on Filterblade for 3.12. Be aware that this loot filter may not exist after the Filterblade overhaul. Here's hoping! @ShakCentral: Do you have time to update filters if there is going to be overhaul? Or do we use just regular filters? btw, thanks for the guide, vmp.
