Hello guys, quick question about the Helmet. Is it mandatory to be ilvl 85? is there that much difference comparing it with an ilvl 83/84 for example?

Why are you running hypothermia? Where are we converting or getting cold damage? Sorry for a stupid question I've looked through the gear and can't see where it's coming from?
