After record I noticed that I did not even craft trigger spells on the wand suffix LOL, so I was missing the block from Offering and the -45% fire res from Conviction/Combustion

New info has been added to the leveling section, including a new PoB, which not only includes the Full Budget Guide Gear/Tree/Skills, but also a new whole set of Skill Trees from start to level 100.
