I see you are using now Shroud, its better than Cloak or you just use it because its cheaper and need just 5l?

It's 2nd best unique for this build and was 1ex for 6L vs 8ex for 6L COD. Lol

Ive had extreme lag issues with this build which I thought was due to league launch and high population etc.
I was however advised to remove the Agnostic keystone and now my situation is much better.
So if anyone else has massive lag while spending lots of mana try that. Otherwise keep it as its a very good keystone. There are bug reports about this and a thread on reddit as well if anyone is interested.

Ok got it! Thanks for the info! It does not seem to affect me though. I lose some FPS but nothing noticeable in gameplay.
Hopefully gets fixed soon!
Having a lot of mana regen might help too (so you never have to worry about getting that low :P)

Encounted that bug too. Agnostic was the source of the problem. Refunded it. Then got it again after some time. Works good so far.

When I place tempered Mind in sugested socket my mana regen goes from 263 to 255. What Im missing?
