Softcore VS Hardcore
Considering you have a mildly tanky character as a base, the biggest difference is the willingness/motivation to reroll from ground zero after a RIP and avoiding map mods or bosses which could easly delete your character.
Last time a played HC was in that HC Mayhem event 2 years ago (20 exiles per zone, double beyond, etc) and it was intense indeed. Only lvl 88 though. But im traditionally a guy who sticks to only one or maybe two chars per league so HC is not for me. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body." Only usable with Ethanol Flasks Последняя редакция: gandhar0#5532. I play Hardcore because I find it impossible to give a shit in softcore. Oh, you have great gear? So does everyone else, because nothing is ever wiped out of the economy. Everything good that has ever been found is still there. Oh, you got to level 100? Big deal, you have 47 deaths.
When I rip in HC, it's a big deal. It takes me two or three weekdays or an entire Saturday to get back to 80 (yeah yeah, I'm slow). I have to completely re-gear. I have to re-level skill gems. It's a process. That makes almost dying significant. I can't just be careless and fuck around, or it's going to cost me the better part of a weekend. |

" I would like to point out that this was done with a patched build. No more fortify stacking with unshattered will that yields the same power. Also Vaal Moltenshell is not as overpowered as it was when that guys reached 1500 delve in hc. It isnt possible anymore. Последняя редакция: zzang#1847. Время: 16 авг. 2020 г., 05:23:05
