Bonjour! I'm responding to this guide a day early, instead of tomorrow, so that I have time to post a couple of new builds before I sabbath on Sunday. I hope everyone is doing well!
"ha ha! Don't worry about it at all! In games like this, there are so many details, and things to remember, that it's easy to get mixed up or overlook the most obvious points. It's funny how levelling works hey? Sometimes it feels like you're being smiled upon while other times...not so much ;). "Hi doombringer! I agree with Royella but keep in mind that I don't play HC or plan my builds around it. The build itself has good mitigation but it's circumstantial or chance-based (blocking and cooldowns). The zombie taunts are awesome. So if you're going HC with this build, definitely make sure that you make the changes you need to match your playstyle so that the build feels natural to you. If you're bored with the league or looking to extend it somehow, I've posted 3 (4) extra builds. They aren't guides, so there aren't any explanations, they're just builds. But they are ideas that I've been dying to try in-game to see how they work. On paper, they seem legit. They are all designed to be very tanky. There's a Chieftain that uses Righteous Fire and has a focus on Endurance Charges (my old RF Chieftain), 2 Gladiator options (one uses General's Cry, the other is pure melee) that are max block builds focusing on counter-attack damage (they are my old Trigger Happy build), and a two-handed Champion with an insane amount of Armour that focuses on Herald of Purity and Summon Phantasms. Even though they aren't guides, if you give any of them a shot, I'd LOVE feedback on them. I don't have time to play them all but I'm really curious which ones people fall in love with and which people hate (and why). I have high expectations for all of them but you never know what Mr./Mrs. Gameplay will have to say about it. Hello, i've been following this guide as much as possible, although i'm not SSF so have a bit more freedom.
I don't know where i can take the build from here and as it stands I cant kill any end game bosses because i either get one shot by a targeted ability, or my zombies all die and i have no damage (granted so far this happened only on a maven boss fight and a metamorph fight). For reference i'm at 6.2k life, 435es, max resists and have 11 total zombies. I've tried running 3 health flasks, but as I said if i die its 90% only ever to one shots, so i tried to boost the defences with these flasks but they don't help. Do you have any tips that may help, or is it just not intended for late game and i should respec? "Nice Krush_U! I have yet to have the luck with an Essence of Fear! Nice roll! "Sorry it's not working out for you, Holtron. Your character tab is set to private (by default) on the poe website. So if you're ok making that public, post again when it's done and I'll check your stuff out as soon as I can. I'll check daily so you don't have to wait too long. But with this build, your zombies can handle all content easily without fear of coming anywhere close to death (except for physical reflect mods). I've been clearing the Atlas with this build for leagues now so something must be missing. I'll take a look for sure once your character profile is public. Hopefully everyone is enjoying 3.14. Sorry for that, it should be public now.
In regards to the maven fight killing the zombies, it seems it was only due to one boss i believe to be from the crater map doing a firestorm, absolutely shreds them lol. The invitation itself was scoured to have no mods on it. The other stand out bosses for me were sirius (off screen one shots while i'm constantly moving, no way to predict it) and the trio boss in uber aztiri (killed two of them and 3rd would target one shot me wherever i was stood, and it seemed like i had no damage to kill it either). On a plus note I managed to beat the elder and i've been working through the shaper guardians so it's not all bad :) Thanks | |

thank you for all the work you have done so far. I tried some of your builds and it seems to be a different game for me, they are awesome. I use your filters to. since the last update they does not work because of this: Line 132: Unable to parse parameter for Class rule: No Item Classes matching "Hideout Doodads" Im a noob in Filters and have no idea what this is ore how to fix it. I try to reinstall the filters by follow and unfollow and follow again. please excuse my english, i give my very best :-) | |
" Your gear is pretty dope. I just started mapping with the build and this gives me ideas on what to aim for. Flame dash as secondary movement skill is also something I was thinking of doing. For now I got skeletons there, but I imagine they might become obsolete in the end game. Little question for you: You have two curses bound to shield charge which is a pretty sweet setup with the bonus fortify link. Do you have something letting you apply a secondary curse somewhere? I can't see it and I believe that without that only one of them can be applied at once. |
