Support Email Response Delays
I feel like at this point everyone needs to start filling out Econsumer complaint forms. People waiting over a month to resolve issues with no end currently in sight is past the point of being patient.

Filled out my complaint, missing thousands of dollars of MTX. Some members of my family who aren't around anymore helped me get those so the value goes way beyond that for me. When support finally got back to me their responses made feel me disrespected and ignored so the patience I had for the situation their in right now went out the window at that point.
Like talking to someone one the phone who only hears half of what you say, would've preferred if they never got back to me. After repeating myself in email 4 times over they finally started looking into my issue and i've been ghosted since. I'm tired of playing with the 4 free tabs, I don't want to be anxious about the packs I've gotten being gone forever anymore, so will be going legal as soon as I can. I wanted to be understanding about the delays, I love GGG, I love the game, it's been a big part of my life and positive the whole way through, but the support responses that seem to want to ignore me and for me to go away for something i'd consider very important have been giving me crazy anxiety. |

I got one response from support - after that its been 3 weeks i keep asking for further responses with no reply they have ghosted me for more than 3 weeks from their initial response that they will look into my issue. What is going, I have been following up asking where my issue is at. Josh from GGG support where are you?

Hi.
I did wrote to support on november 21. I did get couples msg back from different guys and did everything they ask me to. change @ password and stuff like that. Since that nothing. Guys come one its been over 6 weeks... I tell them that I didnt care about my items in game just need to get back my account. Hope you will get you sh.t togheter fast. before new season in POE 1 Kind regards. |

I still have not received a link where to download the early access... I received the 2 keys for Steam etc... and it said supporters will gain access when the game comes on-line (about a month ago). The only download I see on the POE1 site is for POE1... nothing about early access download anywhere! It's been a month now the game has been out.

Just write in the Announcements that you actually dont give a crap.
Fact is - there is almost radio silence from support - the replys in the forum and from support are copy paste and some seem more like pretending to do anything - for example asking for data they have anyways. For example when you write from your Account email they write you to tell them your characters when in fact all of them should be visible to them in the linked account with that e-mail. I'd like to know about my Point purchase via Playstation Store 5 days ago and Im not receive any Point yet. My id LordCaimee#1372 I wonder if its either Sony or GGG having issue with, please let me know about my transaction status so I can request a refund from Sony. |
