Support Email Response Delays

29 Days of no support at all.

At least they seem to spam the forums with copy past answers ...


Also - hey id like to buy another supporter pack - can i pay you in 2 months? After that you can write me and ask me if id like to pay.
The account was blocked, because I played at work and at home, the account was blocked for a week, and I kept sending emails and never replying

Waiting on my Econsumer Gov complaint to get reviewed and sent to the New Zealand commerce commission. Im done with the terrible support after waiting over a month. The copy/paste responses asking for information people already have provided just adds insult to injury.

Almost a month later and I just want my MTX I’ve paid for.
I sent my first email to support on the 29th of November 2024, about changing my account email. It's the 6th of January 2025 and i am still waiting for support to do a simple email change on my account. I am still unable to play EA Poe2 until they change my account email.
For me it's nearly a month now without responds to my acc mail...
Its now 31 Days im also going to file a complaint with consumer rights groups.


This is an absolute joke.
Got my refund. They own an apology to all those who are/have suffered.
Apology or compensation, waiting a month and missing out on the holiday play time is crazy.
