Support Email Response Delays

28 days here. Not sure if GGG reads all these posts...
I'm almost certain they don't read any of this
GGG finally processed my refund request. It took approximately 4 weeks, but I'm satisfied with the result.

I'll gladly buy another supporter pack when the game is more polished.

I would like to know the time elapsed between sending the initial email and receiving a response requesting clarification. Additionally, I want to know the time elapsed between providing the requested clarification and the resolution of the issue.

Could you please outline the algorithm used in this process, detailing each step of the procedure?

The process was very confusing, but because I received a refund I can't complain.

Here's the timeline:

7.12.2024: I request a refund
7.12.2024: (2 hours later) GGG's support asks for more details
7.12.2024: I reply with needed information, but there are email delivery issues
8.12.2024: Gmail - Delivery incomplete
9.12.2024: Gmail - Delivery incomplete
10.12.2024: Gmail - Delivery incomplete
11.12.2024: Gmail - Message not delivered
31.12.2024: GGG replies to a message which was not delivered according to Gmail: The game is now refunded.
3.1.2025: GGG replies to another message which I sent because I thought my message was not delivered. They are now requesting more information even though the game is already refunded.

How do I track my emails? I sent a few to them and got responses but I have looked in every folder in every email and they just.. poofed. Disappeared.
First sent email to GGG on Dec 7th.

Heard nothing from them until
Dec. 23 where they asked for more info and suggested they might be able
to help

It is now Jan 9th and I've not heard jaack sht from them.

If I said what I really thing of GGG now I'm sure I"d be banned from forum.

Note I've been a GGG POE player since a long time ago. Had no problem until now however I never had to deal with whatever crap system is they call 'SUPPORT'.

I received a first reply email, and it’s probably the last one. I had to wait in hopelessness. That email seemed like an automatic response, not from any actual support staff at GGG, with the employee's name introduced merely as a shield
