Customer Support Update

I feel bad for the situation you guys are in but at the same time...I'm still waiting since 20 december to get a resolution for the 4 fraudulent transactions made from my account.
This is what i wanted to hear 10/10 support
It would be nice if they were honest. I sent 5 e-mails, then another one and got a reply in 3 hours. After this I get ignored for weeks again.

Which queue? :)

It is nice to bring out a statement, but I don't see it align with what I've heard and seen.

I've had 1 crash in 250h of gameplay, so you might need to check what's wrong on your end before bashing GGG.
