Heck yeah, nice transparency. Only thing you are missing now, is that scamming is allowed, as a part of the game. I dislike the way of reacting to this, and i'm mindblown you guys are accepting it, and does not do anything about it, unless it's RMT.

Hey thanks for the help, you were right, and I now have access to my online account via website, I appreciate the quick response and help, now just waiting on the confirmation from customer services that the account closure has been cancelled, hopefully soon! I hope that this message was not communicated only to be used as an excuse by the Forum Admins here. Every new thread that comes from the Help and Information section - uses this post to let the reporter know they are working on a lot of backlogs and that we have to be patient and just wait.
I sincerely hope that every issue gets sorted out. Main account(knox890#7539) locked since January 20. GGG please help to support

Okay, I'm never getting a reply so I'm quitting PoE2 now.
The game itself is interesting, so I'll come back again. Let me know when the number of support staff increases from 0 to 1, will you? :D |
