I really makes me sad that GGG just let their players suffer that got hacked, no reply for 7 days and counting since the first email after they locked my account.

Curious if this customer service 'lag' also impacts the arrival time of physical items for those of us who purchased Early Access products???

Haven't received any confirmation/shipping details and we are heading into February 2025...

I haven't raised a ticket either. Perhaps I should..?

Now that we're a bit in from the launch of PoE2's early access, how much time is typically passing between sending a customer support request in and receiving a response? A few days? A week? Two weeks? Just hoping to get an idea of how long the wait might be.

Got a reply back almost a week ago after sending in my first email a few days beforehand, mind you it was most likely a copy and paste but hey, it's something, right!?
