I think if you don't play Druid it's a pretty bland patch. Most of the new stuff is for Druid (skills, support gems, passive tree). So if you aren't playing druid the game is going to feel almost the same or worse because of the monster changes.

Endgame has less monsters with 40% more HP so mapping will feel worse, especially for DoT builds like ED+Cont. Plus less +skills available I think so damage even worse. We might end up taking twice as long to kill things compared to in 0.3 and have less defenses (they mentioned some ES nerfs).

Do you really expect GGG to have two the same games with same name for same target audience?... think a little about that

mapping in 0.4 will be better as this game is designed to be slower.
You are not going to play simulation racing game and yap about it you can't do backflips...

lets get this right,poe only got stale because most of the dev time and resource has been going towards poe2 for years now. and even at its current state poe is still much for fun to play than poe2.


No it is not like that. Poe1 fórmula is old and outdated. I still like it and play every season, but im tired of one button smash while i dash The map in 1 min with map tab open, and i The end i dont even see wtf is happening in the game. Only fun thing is the tink, everything that prolongs the tink is a chore. Its a degenerated gameplay, thats why in 2 weeks 25% of the playerbase is still playing.

Poe2 endgame is trash rn, lacks content, lacks tunning and its already way more engaging for me than poe1. And no, we do not need poe1 part II. Imagine if ppl said in 90s " diablo I is perfect we dont need anything else " or "diablo II is perfect we dont need poe with all those skills and an atlas". Poe1 will always be in our heart, but we need New and refreshinggameplay. I want to enjoy while i play, i want to enjoy campaign, bosses, fights themselves. I want to do 3 maps of really engaging content and get the same divs we get doing 30 maps of brainless gameplay in poe1.


The thing is : poe1 zoomer/streamer wannabes are loud. They complain so much that it felt like they were The majority. But we, The ppl who want changes, are starting to show up in foruns, because we realized that if we did not expose our opinions, The poe1 zoomers were going to ruin this game. If you read recent posts you will notíce that you guys arent dominating them anymore. Your era is over

Because people wants loot. We are slaves of those builds. The game is so easy RN that you can screen clear anything, so the meta isso " screen clear thousands of mobs and run at 200ms" to get loot.

Now, if mobs stop gettin 1 shot, and you actually need to engage them to kill, because you cant one shot or 2 shot anymore, speed wont be mandatory. We need to do really Hard and engaging content, with Cleber use of skills and combos to clear stuff. We need to do 3 maps of Hard content and get the same divs of zoomers doing 30 maps per hour.

Its ok to be able to zoom, as long as its easier content with worse loot ( compensated by your maps per hour ). But zoomer builds should get wrecked in the most high end juiced and rewarding content, otherwise you kill ervery other build that isnt one button smash 200 movespeed

Yeah, that's why 90 % of players week 1 played deadeye last league, because everyone wanted to do slow combo-based stuff. Great analysis there bud.

I feel like Chris was a single dad who one day, just said "I'm running to get some cigs" and left the kids home alone forever.

Every time I see one of his new YT vids being like, "Here's a thinly veiled jab at the industry the game I made and you love is now going to be swallowed by..." I know PoE 1 and 2 are just nostalgic memories at this point.
